Cancellation & Refund Policy

PRATUSH BOSE believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2–3 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
- Cancellations are not accepted for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund or replacement may be issued if the customer can establish that the delivered product's quality was unsatisfactory.
- If you receive damaged or defective items, please report them to our Customer Service team within 2–3 days of receipt. The request will be processed only after verification by the merchant.
- If you feel that the received product is not as described or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 2–3 days of receiving the product. The team will evaluate your complaint and take appropriate action.
- For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please direct complaints to the manufacturer as per their terms.
- In the event of a refund approved by PRATUSH BOSE, the amount will be processed within 2–3 business days and credited to the customer's account.
